Georgia Ramon processes fruity-aromatic cocoa beans from Kokoa Kamili in Tanzania. About 4,000 small farmers work in the cooperative. Harvests are collected centrally and fermentation and drying take place with great precision. The best reward for their hard work was already given to Kokoa Kamili at the end of 2017, with the Cocoa of Excellence award. This award places their cocoa beans among the best eighteen in the world.
Putting more than 100% premium Trinitario beans into a bar doesn't really work. It does when roasted cacao nibs are encapsulated with them. The variety of fruity flavors with subtle woody to slightly brownie-like flavor elements are wonderfully combined in this crispy bar. It doesn't get any better than this.
