Georgia Ramon

Georgia Ramon is made in Germany. The name is a variation of Georg Bernardini and his partner Ramona Gustmann, who started the company in 2015.

In late 2020, pastry chef Phillip Butzmann took over the company. He had previously worked at Georgia Ramon and proved to be the ideal successor. Georg Bernardini will remain with the company as a creative consultant.

Georgia Ramon is known for not shying away from experimentation in addition to beautiful single orgins: Chocolate with kale with mustard, horse milk or the irresistible rose-raspberry.

Georg Bernardini is the chocolate connoisseur of Germany and the surrounding area. From his hand appeared in 2013 the book Der Schokoladentester and in 2015 the successor in German and English: Chocolate - The Reference Standard. In it he discusses and evaluates hundreds of brands of quality chocolate.
