Francois Pralus

Francois Pralus is a true master of chocolate making. He is one of the few in France who still makes his own chocolate. For the cocoa, he travels around the world in search of the very best quality and the best plantations, especially from South America and Indonesia. He now also has his own plantation in Madagascar. Using a, largely secret, elaborate process, he produces a wide variety of pure flavors and a number of unique blends. The dark chocolates in particular are surprisingly varied. Even the "beginners" of dark chocolate have been thought of.
